Services
Ethereal Interior Vibes provides interior design services including but not limited to residential design, commercial space planning, design consultation, and furniture selection.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and payment according to agreed terms. Clients must also ensure access to project sites as needed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally, we require a deposit to begin work, with progress payments due at specified milestones.
Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including client changes, material availability, and contractor schedules.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, plans, and materials created by Ethereal Interior Vibes remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for issues arising from contractor work, material defects, or client modifications to our designs.
